  • For Customers: We collect precise location data to help you seamlessly select your delivery addresses and track your material delivery in real time.
  • For Delivery/Logistics Partners: We collect precise location data to enable core logistics functions, including identifying available orders near you, tracking active delivery progress, and accurately calculating payouts based on distance traveled.
  • Background Location Access: If you use our Delivery/Partner app, we collect location data even when the app is closed or not in use (in the background) to send you proximity-based order requests and provide continuous live tracking to customers during an active delivery run. You can revoke background location access at any time via your device settings, though doing so will limit your ability to receive new delivery tasks.

  • Camera and Media Access: If requested, our apps access your camera or storage solely to let you upload profile pictures, scan relevant QR codes, or upload photos of delivered materials as proof of delivery.

  • Push Notifications: We use push notifications to send you critical transactional updates, system updates, or delivery tracking alerts. You can opt out of these through your device settings.

  • Providing and Improving Services: To process payments, fulfill orders, manage accounts, calculate distances, route deliveries, and provide effective customer support.
