  • Defective Products Only: We accept returns, replacements, and exchanges exclusively for defective, damaged, or missing items.
  • Time Limit: All claims must be reported within 24 hours (1 day) of order delivery.
  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, unapplied, and returned in their original packaging with all included tags, invoices, and accessories intact.
  • Non-Returnable Scenarios: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, misordered quantities, or wrong selections made by the customer.

2. Exchanges

We gladly provide exchanges for any items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return request is verified, our team will deliver a replacement product to your site at no extra charge.

  • Return Shipping Fee: Free (₹0). MaterialRunner covers all pickup and return shipping charges for valid defective or damaged items.
  • Restocking Fees: No restocking fee (₹0) applies to any approved returns.

5. Refund Options & Timeline

  • Processing Time: Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 1 business day.
  • Refund Methods: Refunds can be issued to your original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking) or credited as MaterialRunner Store Credits for instant future orders, based on your choice.
