Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery in the following situations:
1. Quality Issues
We stand by the quality of products delivered through Material Runner. If you notice
any quality-related issue, we offer a no-questions-asked replacement.
2. Damaged or Missing Items
If any product is damaged, defective, or missing from your order, you are eligible
for a replacement or refund based on your preference.

Important Notes
 Returns are not accepted for items that have no quality issues but were misordered
or excessively ordered by the customer.
 For eligible returns, the product must be unused and the original packaging must
be intact.
 All return requests are subject to basic verification by our support team for safety and
accuracy.

 Material Runner Credits for quicker future purchases
