Once an order is successfully placed on our platform, our team confirms and processes it promptly to ensure quick dispatch from our hubs.

2. Delivery Timeframe & Schedule

We currently deliver across all serviceable pincodes in Bangalore.

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM are processed for same-day delivery.
  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed outside of these standard service hours (after 8:00 PM) will be processed and delivered on the next business day.
  • Operating Hours: Deliveries are actively fulfilled between 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday (based on local serviceability).
  • 📌 Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the total distance from our hub, specific material/product types, and real-time product availability. You can verify your exact pincode serviceability and live delivery timelines on our website during checkout.

  • 3. Delivery Charges
  • We follow a straightforward, value-based delivery fee structure with absolute transparency and no hidden fees:
  • Orders Below ₹2,000: Delivery charges apply and are calculated dynamically based on your exact location and the size/weight of the order.
  • Orders ₹2,000 and Above: FREE DELIVERY
  • 4. Real-Time Order Tracking
  • To ensure you are ready to receive your logistics drop, tracking details are shared as soon as your order is dispatched and out for delivery.
  • Tracking alerts and coordinates may be shared with you via:

  • 5. Undeliverable Orders
  • If an order cannot be successfully completed on the first attempt due to:
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout.
  • No recipient available at the designated delivery location.
  • Inability to establish contact with the customer via phone during arrival.
